朱汉飞,齐鲁工业大学,365游戏大厅先进能源材料与化学研究所,副教授。主要从事电介质储能材料的研究。主要利用化学溶液沉积技术和物理气相沉积技术制备环境友好型纳米材料和高性能电介质储能材料:
(1)利用sol-gel技术制备高介电常数陶瓷材料,如CaCu3Ti4O12;
(2)利用sol-gel技术制备高性能压电、铁电、热释电薄膜材料,如Pb(Zr,Ti)O3,BaTiO3,(Pb,La)(Zr,Ti)O3, Pb(La,Ca)TiO3, (NaK)BiTiO3等;
(3)利用物理气相沉积技术(磁控溅射,脉冲激光沉积)制备无铅多铁薄膜材料,如BiFeO3;
(4)压电、铁电材料的结构与性能仿真(Material Studio)。
